Below, you will find some frequently asked questions.

Q: After I place my order, when can I expect to receive it?

R: In the province of Quebec and across Canada, deliveries are expected to arrive 10 working days (2 weeks) from the date you place your order.

Orders delivered to the United States should arrive 15 working days (3 weeks) after the order date.

For international customers (Europe, Latin America, Asia), you should expect your package 20 working days (4 weeks) after your order has been placed.

It must be said that I do my best to send your parcel as fast as possible, much like the speed of a cheetah in the prairies (NB a declawed cheetah).

Q: What currency are your prices in?

A: All of our prices are in Canadian dollars.

Q: Why don’t you sell hot dogs on your website, it seems like that would be a really good idea?

R: Well, Sir, Madam, your suggestion is very interesting and relevant; especially in these difficult times as we are facing an imminent recession. We are presently deploying all of our efforts to adequately satisfy the needs of our dear clientele. A committee has been formed with a dozen of professionals, including a doctor, two biologists, four responsible adults, two mascots, and three dogs. We have also hired a firm which conducts surveys to get a feel of the population on this fundamental question. The survey was conducted with a sampling of 800 000 people with a 21% rate, 3 times out of 2. We will deliver the results to you before the year 2045
